History Of Wiker Developments Inc.

          In 2007, Conrad Wiker (CEO) created Wiker Developments Inc. on a foundational vision of producing quality residential properties that truly exemplified the breathtaking lake offered by Okanagan Lake and its surroundings. During the search for potential lands, Conrad recognized that some sale properties claiming a great lake view were mostly obstructed by other homes, provided minimal direct sightlines to the lake, and were located too far from any actual local amenities. In June of 2007, Conrad found it and purchased a 3 acre parcel in Peachland that met his ‘true lake view’ criteria and further reminded him of the small town feel in which he grew up within Saskatchewan. Thus was born, True View Estates.

          Since that time, Wiker Developments Inc., has branched out several new divisions including Green Marine Automated Boat Storage Facilities VCC, Inc., Whiplash cable Wake Parks VCC, Inc., and a brand new area which will focus on construction of affordable green homes. The first one to be built on Lot 1 in True View Estates in Sept. 2010.
